(Lil' Dragons, Adult MMA and Women's Self-Defense)
Our training packages are for the serious mixed martial arts athlete ready to take their game to the next level.
Learning Objective: Learn, master and drill only those MMA strategies, principles and concepts proven to give you an [undeniable tactical advantage] against any opponent within the same weight class.
*Disclosure Statement: We believe in "fighting dirty" while competing in accordance with a given rule set. This means that our coaches understand the difference between creating a successful fight strategy customized for the individual athlete whom they are working with in contrast to simply going through the motions of "rolling" until class is over, performing the exact same training drills as all the other clubs throughout the state are doing, and somehow expecting that state of normalcy to produce tactical advantage. In other words, doing what's normal only produces normal.
Being "average" or normal is not our game.
We Believe...
You Should Train in Tactics & Strategies To Win Or Don't Train!
